Bon Voyage Á Nous

(Good Trip to Us)

Currently sitting in the British Airways lounge at the Atlanta Airport waiting for our plane to board, which will still be for another hour and half.  Someone wanted to get here early and we did, four hours early.  I am just giving Daniel a hard time we had a five hour drive to Atlanta and I was happy to make sure we had enough time to deal with a flat tire, or missed turn as well.  So we have been enjoying the lounge access, which is so the way to go. OPEN BAR! No seriously serve yourselve open bar.

The last few weeks have been crazy with finishing my last show, Daniel finishing grad school, packing for this trip and more notable packing up the house to sell.  We are homeless at this point, well there is a house, there is just nothing left inside of it.  In these last few busy weeks not much frenching has been going on, which has certainly caused this slightly panicky "I am not ready" feeling, but the plane is taking off and all of my underwear is packed so I might as well suck it up.  I had certainly imagined more of an immersion week full of rosetta stone, french music, french literature, and blogging.  Instead there was a lot of sweating, cleaning, and cursing.  This coming week is soon to be full immersion and hopefully less sweating, I always forget how hot and humid NC is in the summer.

Mon Petit  Fromage with continue through the summer and at a more frequent rate.  Daniel will be joining me as a contributor and drum roll.... it will be written in ENGLISH! I know you are excited.  Not to fret if you have missed my muddled french, there will still be the "french" version of the posting just at the bottom.  Soon we will be relating our wonderful Paris adventure and freching missteps just in a more stream line english reading.

Welcome to the Adventure!
